DM Engineering PF-MF Additional Studio Hot Line “Multi” Phone Flasher Indicator Module

At last, a Multiple Line (up to 12) Phone Flasher and Door Announcer/Alert Indicator System that is specifically designed to address the needs of the broadcaster. The “Studio HOT LINE MULTI System” consists of one Multi-Line input module and from 1 to 5 indicator modules, and incorporates features that notify studio and office personnel of ringing phones, people at the door ringing the bell, or an alert condition using ultra-brite, wide angle and distinctive color LED indicators. Each Indicator Unit also has a distinctive audible indication for phone and door/alert, a volume control switch (off/low/high), an externally mutable audible control. Driver voltage is provided for external LED’s or the DME Solid State Relay Pack for lighting up to 375 watts of incandescent lamps for attention flashing.

Up to 5 Hot Line Indicator Units may be driven by one Input Module and may be connected by a common hub or “Daisy Chained” from Indicator to Indicator Unit. The Multi-line Input Module is supplied with one Indicator Module and additional Indicator Modules may be ordered separately.

Indicator Unit Features include: (1 to 5 per system)
Microprocessor based circuitry for ultimate reliability and no “lock-ups”
Multiple Ultra-Brite wide angle LED’s used for indicators, no bulbs to fail or replace
Distinctive color visual indications for both phone and door/alert
Distinctive audible signals for both phone and door/alert
3 position audible control switch; OFF / LOW / HIGH
Remotely mutable control for audible signals (A contact closure or TTL low is required to mute)
Distinctive DC output voltages for driving the DME Solid State Relay Pack or customers own SSR for turning on high wattage incandescent lamps for both phone and door/alert indication
Terminal block with screw connections are used for external I/O control for ease of wiring
Can be Daisy chained from Indicator Unit to Indicator Unit
Each Indicator Unit is supplied with 50′ of modular connecting cable
Small size, 5.75 x 2.6 x 1.1 and you can mount it almost anywhere with the supplied screws or hook & loop fastening material

Up to 12 lines in (in groups of 4). Order 4, 8, or 12 line versions and pay for only what you require.
Convenient 6′ modular input cables supplied that interface with either “66 block” termination or modular termination
Fully isolated, microprocessor controlled outputs to drive up to 5 Indicator Units
Common door/alert input using screw terminals to trigger all Indicator Units simultaneously (A contact closure or TTL low is required to activate)
Local LED indication of ring function
